Music Mod Help

I want to make my own music mod, so I tried using the software known as Goldwave

Atrac3 codec to make a wav with Atrac3 attributes file

but when I try save the mp3 file in the .wav format, I don't see the Atrac3 attributes, I installed the atrac3 driver, restarted my computer then installed GoldWave, it still didn't work, I then tried it the other way around and it still didn't show. What should I do to solve this problem?

for enable the option to save .mp3 file as .wav with atrac3 attributes in Goldwave, you have to do this step first

1. Download the files for enabling save as .wav with atrac3 attributes option for Goldwave from here: https://www.mediafire.com/file/q5cw1a74kmp51gm/ATRAC3+FIX.zip

2 . Unzip the zip file using Winrar or 7zip and move the extracted atrac3.acm and atrac3.reg files into C:\Windows\SysWOW64

3. Run the atrac3.reg file, this will adding the info to the registry to register the ACM codec, now you can use Goldwave to save .mp3 file  as .wav with atrac3 attributes
